- We do not respond to any messages or comments regarding orders on any social media outlets. Email only!
- Your purchase means you have read and accept our terms and policies. No exceptions.
- You have read through our policies and understand our ship times as well as how our transfers work and how we can be reached if there are any issues. We do not ship to any address other than what is listed at checkout.
- Your purchase means you agree to and understand that our TAT (turnaround time) is 5-7 business days and 14 business days for preorders/customs In stock items and preorder items purchased together will ship once preorder items arrive. This is processing time not transit time.
- Your transit time (time once it is in mail carriers hands), is not included in the shop's turnaround time.

Your purchase means you agree to contact us within 3 days of delivery if you feel there are any issues with missing or damaged items. This does not include user error i.e, not using a proper heat press, not heating to temps or times as included in the instructions.
NO EXCEPTIONS! Refunds are at the discretion of the shop owner.
We will not refund or replace due to user errors. Please check your heat press settings with a temp gun and double check the time and pressure needed for each transfer.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customer is responsible for contacting post office for packages showing delivered and not received.
