Contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery if you feel there are any issues with missing or damaged items in transit. This does not include user error i.e, not using a proper heat press, not heating to temps or times as included in the instructions.

We are not responsible for transit times. We can’t control how fast the post gets items to you. Once they have packages they have control over the time it takes to get delivered.
